At Yeahman's Vintage & Used Guitars, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument's tone and feel. If your gear isn't the perfect match, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all included accessories and documentation are present.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the instrument back to our vintage workshop.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our luthiers verify the instrument's condition matches its original listing, we will process your refund minus shipping costs within 3-5 business days.
