1993 Fender Telecaster American Vintage 52 Reissue cherry red
1993 Fender Telecaster American Vintage '52 Reissue, translucent cherry red. Made in USA, serial number 18923. This guitar is all original except for the strap buttons and the pots and wiring (paper-in-oil tone cap, bass and treble boost tone pot, all done in 1996). While we thought it was a refinish at first, it does appear to be a very rare factory special run for Yamano (the Japanese Fender distributor) in a rarely seen translucent cherry red finish. Comes with the period correct Fender tweed hardshell case. The neck shape on this one is wonderful and at only 3.35kg it's very light as well.
