Ca. 1993 Fender Jazz Bass American Vintage '61 Reissue, ice blue metallic. Made in USA, serial number 61071. This bass started its life as an American Vintage '62 Reissue and was completely refinished in what can best be described as a very yellowed ice blue metallic color. Has matching headstock and was nicely relic'd overall. The tuners are now the more vintage correct lower gear ratio Kluson style. The serial number is a reproduction of a 1961 Fender instrument. This one feels and plays like a 1960s Jazz Bass, even the body contours were sanded to resemble the nice thinner curves of the era. Weighs a hair above 3.9kg.
