1978 Gibson ES-335TD Factory Stop Tailpiece wine red
1978 Gibson ES-335TD, wine red. Made in USA at the Kalamazoo factory, serial number 71988010. This guitar has a crazy rare custom ordered and factory installed stop tailpiece. The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan 59, both black plastic pickup rings have been replaced, including the screws. The nickel plated and nicely aged pickup covers are replacement, as is one pickguard screw (the old one broke and was doctored out). The original fretless wonder frets were just leveled and the guitar performs extremely well. Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case. Weighs 3.8kg.
