1974 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Standard cherry sunburst
1974 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe, cherry sunburst. Made in USA, serial number 171591. This guitar has been extensively modified. Most obvious is the modification to Les Paul Standard specs with full sized humbuckers (older Seymour Duncan '59 in the neck and JB in the bridge position). The tuner buttons were clipped to turn them into single ring Klusons. The bridge is a later Gibson ABR-1, recent aluminum tailpiece and all electronics (except for the bridge pickup toneĀ pot)Ā replaced. Replacement knobs as well. Furthermore, the fretboard has been professionally replaced with a veryĀ dark and exotic looking one and proper inlays. In short: you're looking at a player grade 1970s Les Paul that looks, plays and sounds incredible. Check out that faded cherry sunburst! Comes with a vintage hardshell case. Weighs only 4.2kg!
