1973 Fender Telecaster Custom blond
1973 Fender Telecaster Custom, blond. Made in USA, serial 381271. This guitar is 100% original except for the low E-string tuner button & post, which is a vintage NOS replacement. Has a Nov '72 neck date, '72 pot codes and a '73 neck PU date, so it's a very early 1973 model in rare blond finish, a very fine specimen overall. Comes with the original Swiss distributor hardshell case with Fender emblem, chrome bridge cover and manual. Shows a fair amount of wear and tear, but the frets are fine and some unevenness in the lacquer on the back of the neck was addressed for a nicer feel. Weighs only 3.55kg.
