1972 Gibson SG-200 Sam Ash cherry sunburst
Ca. 1972 Gibson SG-200 'Sam Ash', cherry sunburst. Made in USA, serial number 635282. This guitar was produced in extremely limited quantities for the Sam Ash music store in about 1972. Apparently only 30-50 of these were ever made. These had factory original humbucker routes! The guitar is mostly original, but the pickups were swapped for a set of Tokai PAF style pickups and the bridge was upgraded to a more stable design. The strap buttons and a few screws were also changed at one point. All in all a very affordable and rarely seen vintage Gibson SG! Comes with a padded gigbag. Weighs 3.55kg.
