1971 Gibson Les Paul Custom cherry sunburst

Early 1971 Gibson Les Paul Custom, cherry sunburst. Made in USA, serial number 627157. This guitar is mostly original, but has later Grover tuners (no extra holes!), pickup rings, tone caps and switch tip. The second tone knob says 'volume' but it appears to be a period correct knob. It's a first year edition for the cherry sunburst finish. The guitar is heavily worn, but is structurally solid. The Patent No. stickered Pickups sound amazing! Still has the original fretless wonder frets. The neck is pretty big and feels like a glove. Comes with a generic, battered vintage hardshell case. Weighs 4.6kg
