1969 Fender Precision Bass sunburst
1969 Fender Precision Bass, sunburst. Made in USA, serial number 259598. This bass is 100% original, except for the strap buttons and the finger rest. August '69 neck date, '66 pot codes, some cloth and some plastic wires. Sports the factory original three-tone sunburst finish with the 'wired by Y.Sandoval' stamp underneath the pickguard, it is also one of multiple late 60s Fender that we've seen where an ice blue metallic finish was stripped and replaced with the sunburst before it left the factory, pretty cool! The headstock is bruised pretty badly in one point. Freshly serviced, great frets. Comes with a later 1970s Fender black tolex hardshell case. Weighs only 3.65kg!
