1968 Gibson ES-125CD Full Body sunburst
Ca. 1968 Gibson ES-125CD, sunburst. Made in USA, serial number 513030. This guitar is 100% original minus the tuners (modern Kluson style, no additional hole in headstock) and a strap button. It's the very rare and short lived full size body version of the ES-125, essentially like a 1950s ES-175 without neck binding and with dot fretboard inlays! It has the nice wide bevel pickguard (has a weirdly worn spot on top) and a two great P-90 pickups, both with transitional appointments (neck PU is black bobbin, bridge PU clear bobbin). The top has the most beautiful flame we've seen on one of these in a long time. It shows wear and has a lot of lacquer checking. Comes with a nice generic hardshell case. Weighs 2.75kg.
