1966 Fender Precision Bass black
1966 Fender Precision Bass, black. Made in USA, serial number 125636. This bass has had quite a life and is a wonderful player. The body was refinished black and at the same time the bridge was slightly repositioned. The pickguard and electronics are not original to the bass. The treble side coil of the pickup could have been rewound at one point, but it's hard to tell, it might as well be a regular Monday morning or Friday afternoon job back in 1966 at the Fullerton factory. Frets were worked on and play fine but a full refret should be considered. Weighs 4.2kg.
