1965 Gibson SG Junior cherry red

1965 Gibson SG Junior cherry red

1965 Gibson SG Junior cherry red. Made in USA, serial number 519581. 100% original with the exception of the strap buttons. Had a Bigsby mounted at one time, so there are two extra holes under the original Maestro short vibrola and a few more around the lower strap button. A previous owner cut the ears of the P-90 baseplate underneath the black plastic cover to lower the pickup height. Has recently had a fret dressing and is a prime example of Gibson's first golden era of production. Comes with a generic black hardshell case. Weighs 2.85kg.
