1933 Gibson L-C Century of Progress sunburst
1933 Gibson L-C Century, sunburst. Made in USA, FON 537. This guitar is all original, except for a professional refret and the added strap button. Inevitably, an over 90 year old instrument (!) will need some sort of surgery in its lifetime and so did this one - the bridge was reglued when multiple cracks on the top were repaired. There appears to be a heel repair as well. These repairs are very old and some look rather ugly, however the guitar now offers outstanding playability (low action on a big v-shaped neck) and a sound as heavenly as it can be. Comes with a vintage, possibly period correct hardshell case. Weighs only 1.65kg.
